Freelance e-learning Developer / Programmer

Job Description
You will work with a multi-disciplinary team who will include:
- Project coordinators
- Instructional Designers
- Graphic artists/animators
to create effective, high-quality, interactive e-learning content for our high-profile clients.The interactive content that you develop will adhere to the requirements of our storyboards.
Your primary job scope will include:
- Develop e-learning courseware based on instructional designs
- Develop and enhance interactivity in the courseware
- Work with our production team in developing courseware
You may also be tasked to:
- Perform research on effective development frameworks
- Assist to develop promotional information and presentations for marketing
- Any other tasks related to delivery of online content
Job Requirements
- Minimum Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Studies/Multimedia Design or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in developing e-learning content would be advantageous.
- You will be working with HTML5, CSS, Javascript and Actionscript 3.0 technologies.
- Working knowledge of XML, SCORM, object-oriented programming.
Advantageous: Knowledge of Adobe product range (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.).
- Keen interest in multimedia and interactive design.
- Deadline-oriented and meticulous, with good communication skills.
